That’s a reference/homage to Leo Tolstoy, right?
Um, it’s actually just a coincidence. I wasn’t actually familiar with the Tolstoy story. Great minds think alike, I guess. Though I suppose I should’ve guessed that for any title with the word “death” in it, a Russian author would’ve gotten there first.
It’s actually online, if you wish to read it. (I certainly would, if it had the exact same title as my new story :D)
